How does the Virtual Vending Machine work for my customer?

- Your customer surfs to the web page of your Virtual Vending Machine. On this page he can consult the current content in your locker(s).
- To see more information about a product, one can click on "Info" or the photo of the product. On the detail page of a product one can find more information about the content, allergens, etc.
- To add a product to the basket, one clicks on "Order". Your customer will be redirected to their Shopping Cart. When he has finished ordering, he fills in his details. This information is used to send a message with his collection code. Then one clicks on "Next".
- The customer will see an overview of his order. If this overview is correct, a payment can be made. Click on "Pay" at the bottom. The customer can make his payment on the page of our payment provider Mollie.
- When the payment was successful, the customer will see a notification. The platform will automatically send the collection code to the customer.
