1. You receive the order from the customer.

You choose how you want to receive an order from your customer: by phone number, via e-mail or via your webshop.

2. You place the order in a box in the locker.

You make a reservation on the platform and place it, immediately or later, in a box.

3. The customer will receive a code via email or SMS to open the box.

The customer will automatically receive his code x hours before the collection hour. You can determine this time interval yourself.

4. The customer collects his order.

After picking up the order, the box will become availlable automatically.
