- Log in to https://app.viresmo.com. Select your organisation and your store.
- In the menu on the left, go to "Customers".

- You will see a list of all your customers.
- Click on the row or the button “Select” for the customer you wish to modify. Can't find the customer? Use the search field at the top of the list to easily find the customer.

- You will arrive at the customer's detail page. You can modify all customer data here. To give a customer a fixed code, enter a number with a length of 5 digits in the PIN Code field.
Attention, obvious codes such as "12345" or "77889" will not be accepted. If you enter this code anyway and click "Save", you will see an error message.

- Click on “Save” to save your changes.

- When changed successfully, you will see a notification at the bottom right.
